	Misleading Cashback Policy I booked flight tickets worth £700 through TopCashback, and the expected cashback amount was shown as approximately £7. However, upon enquiry, I was told that the cashback only applies to the base fare of £50 and not to the airline fees and taxes, which made up the remaining £650. This was disappointing, as the total amount paid is for the flight, and the airline fees should reasonably be considered part of the item value. The terms and conditions only mention cashback is calculated on the item value, which is vague and misleading in this case. This lack of clarity should be addressed to avoid confusion for other users.

	Not via the app apparently Never had an issue with this retailer, with multiple cashback, but a bigger purchase via the app annoyingly failed to track a significant sum. I use TopCashback frequently, also this retailer, so I know how to make sure cashback tracks and avoid the pitfalls. I have used this retailer frequently for smaller purchases via the website and cashback always tracks within 24hours via their website. The one time I use the app to purchase having come through TopCashback-having made sure that the app didn’t make cashback ineligible (it doesn’t, and I wasn’t using any additional voucher), a significant sum spent with the retailer fails to track a promotional offer. Must just be a coincidence, eh? If they are going to make app purchases ineligible, it should say or the system needs to be looked at re the promotion offered. Plenty of purchases through the same retailer-for small sums-via their website-have tracked since.

	Underpaid Only paid out a fraction of my expected cashback, as they claimed I only spent about a third of the true amount, despite clear evidence and order confirmation of my actual spend. Raised a claim but they dismissed and said they already paid the correct amount.

	AVOID - purchase hasn't tracked for me twice now so I don't recommend them I've bought return/round-trip flights twice through Trip.com in 2025 and neither of my 2 flight purchases tracked so had to raise 2 missing cashback claims. 1st missing cashback claim was declined by Trip.com as they said it seemed my purchase had been linked to another entity instead of theirs even though I 100% know I only clicked through to them via the Trip.com affiliate link on TCB. 2nd missing cashback claim is still pending. Will see what happens with this one this time as I first made sure I cleared all Trip.com's cookies prior to making my 2nd purchase, only had one browser and tab open, completed the purchase as swiftly as possible in one go on my laptop whilst declining any unwanted extras offered by Trip.com and also didn't use a VPN or any voucher codes.

	Scamsters Rather than paying on full value of the spend, only pays on base fare flights which is negligible compared to the total cost. Terms only state excludes VAT, which is not the case with taxes and fees

	train ticket cashback showed up quickly Booked a train ticket with them and cashback appeared as pending in account the next day. First time using this company and would use them again for small bookings where I am not relying on cashback.

	Dont bother Site advertised cashback on Singapore Airlines flights from New Zealand to UK. Trip .com declined claim despite providing timings of visit to website via top cash back and timings of emails confirming flight details etc. .

	Missing from missing claim list The app is terrible and never puts the sale through via Apple Pay. Topc cash back doesn’t even have the company listed when trying to put a missing cash back claim even though they offer cash back for the company.

	Don't bother as doesnt tack booked a hotel but they declined the cashback as 'couldn't find a record' of the transaction. topcashback also not helpful.

	SCAMMERS: Dont factor in cashback, they don't give what they say Cheap prices on the website but you will not get anywhere near the money they say they will give as cashback. My purchase was £1900+ and they tracked that as £280 and paid according to the reduced amount after repeated messages. Absolute scam now lets see what topcashback does.

	Declined Booked 2 hotels with this company a couple of months apart. I didn't use any other promotion/discount code but both were declined. Will think twice before booking with them again ??

	Lovely Never knew of them till i saw here on cashback & they had a fabulous price on a flight I needed. I've been using them now for purchases when the deal is sound.
