	Do not rely on getting cashback from Viator My claim tracked but was later rejected on the grounds that "Topcashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Seeing other reviews I think they are coming up with invalid rejection reasons after enticing people to use them with their high cashback rates. Unless Viator are considerably cheaper than other suppliers, I would book elsewhere.

	Viator use an unreasonable excuse for avoiding their obligations Do not use this retailer as I was due a lot of cashback and every claim was refused due to "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase.". This is after I followed Topcashback guidelines as is the case with other retailers

	Very disappointing Claims used to track well, but they no longer do with more significant cashback. I had 50p track before the experience even took place, but £50 was declined with a generic response that basically said they could decline for whatever reason (or none at all). Will not be using them for larger bookings. Customer service do not offer any support.

	Not tracked and rejected I had positive experience with this merchant with another cashback provider, now I used topcashback.co.uk and my transaction was not tracked and later then my claim was rejected with the reason that they aren’t the final merchant. Terrible first time experience booking at Viator via topcashback.co.uk - just try to use another cashback site.

	Gone down hill last Previously had positive experience with this merchant but recently started declining claims stating they aren’t the final merchant. Given the current 3 star rating something is clearly wrong with their customer services.

	Paid on time 5-7 days after completing my excursions They paid my cashback 5-7 days after I have completed my excursion bookings. They also boost their cashback offering every week so look out for that! I only book now on these days when they offer this increased cashback offering, works a charm!

	Don't expect any cashback Booked several trips with Viator via TCB. Most didn't track at all and never showed in my TCB account. The one that did was then declined afer 3 weeks.

	Tracked and paid within two weeks of purchase The quickest merchant I have experienced to go from tracked to paid….just two weeks!

	Not Honourable. Complete Timewasters. As with all the other comments made by disappointed customers, Viator declined payment. What a bunch of rogues. They should not be allowed to waste people's time and be removed from TopCashback.

	Rejected cashback Yes as per all the other reviews Viator just reject cashback. I have used them a few times and click straight through, cashback tracks but does not pay. Viator say TCB wasn't the last click through. They should be removed from TCB.

	Cashback tracked but declined I have followed every step for booking my tours in Tromso and they are tracked at correct rate but then all of them are declined. There is no point if they put Viator on Topcashback and all the tracked cashbacks are declined. Waste my time to rebook from another platform. The only lucky thing is only one week before my trip and I still can cancel all of them with full refund.

	Cashback declined They have just declined my cashback which tracked successfully. I have not taken the tour yet, so I have cancelled it out of principle and will re-book elsewhere.

	Rejected legitimate cash back I decided to go with Viator because of the cashback offer which brought the cost of a tour down. However, I was very disappointed to see it declined. I will not use Viator again as I think their ‘offer’ is a scam.

	Wished I read the reviews - Rejected claims I've booked a number of trips using viator as I was going on holiday and before this I've never actually had my claims rejected in the 10 years I've used top cashback. For some reason alll my purchase was not tracked and it was all rejected :/ despite me making absolute sure that I followed all the rules..

	Same story as many others I checked the reviews for cashback on viator, but gave the benefit of a doubt. I made sure to take all appropriate steps; click through topcashback, then search for the experience, and pay. Cashback was rejected claiming I did not click through, and topcashback said they couldn't do anything. Sadly, I decided to deactivate my account with viator, given the offer here is not honoured and should be treated as scam. I would suggest using a different company

	Terrible Dishonest Company Cashback worth £120 didn’t track, and then claim was rejected for “order was changed or cancelled” - which it wasn’t. Appealed and still rejected but they changed their reason to “topcashback not seen as final referrer”.

	Rejected Legitimate Claim Due to get just under £40 back in Cashback on one booking / experience. Claim rejected even though I know that there was no reason for it not to track. This is not the first time Viator purchases haven't been tracked / awarded.

	Rejected two legitimate claims Viator rejected two legitimate claims. Been using TCB for years without problems. I took screenshots after reading reviews and shared with TCB too. This bogus site should be dropped altogether if they can’t be honest

	Use with caution I tried viator on the off chance whilst it was bonus time for increased cashback, it didn't track and the claim was rejected as per other reviews. I've used once more and it did track on that occasion but obviously lower rate. As others have suggested I'd look to go direct with the operators or use TripAdvisor!

	Do not use Viator Booked 4 trips for holiday to Dubrovnik. Thankfully only booked one through Viator before reading the poor reviews, the other three were then booked through Tripadvisor. Just as everyone said, the transaction didn’t track then was declined. The other three with Tripadvisor worked perfectly. Lesson learned - do not use Viator!!!!
