I ordered geranium plug plants in February, finakky received them at the end of April after sending them an email to find out if my order was coming. The plants are so small they probably wont be ready to put out until July, very dissappointing from such a large company.After many complaints they did reimburse me with a voucher for £15 but I won't be ordering from them again.

Horrendous customer service, best avoided! I placed an order on mid april, 3 weeks later I had heard nothing so I contacted them by email, a week after that I had heard nothing from the customer services, despite the commission tracking and going to 'confirmed' very quickly - I have received nothing from the company by way of contact in reply to my email or the order itself,no cashback confirm also,no more from me.

Extremely easy to set up and account, buy what I wanted.
Sent to me in good time - even some seeds that weren't in stock initially followed as soon as they were available. The cashback just about covered the postage, but it has tracked and been made payable very quickly. Very pleased all round.

Take ages to send items with no communication or inaccurate letter inbetween. Twice only half the items turned up. First time I rang 3 times, each time very nice woman promised replacements - that just never turned up. Not going bother ordering again - there are better plant companies out there.

I love Thompson & Morgan although it took me some time to get used to them sending things at the optimum time rather than when I ordered them. Two out of three of my items are planted (waiting for my climbing fuscias!) and I'm hoping that they'll start blooming soon!!
