Customer Services are second to none - extremely helpful & I can highly recommend them. The plants have been of mixed quality this year - overall more good than bad though I've found you get better plants if you order them earlier in the season. Some of the 'sale' stuff has been rather dismal eg plants in poor condition, plants arrived broken, 3 sets of fuchsias were wrongly labelled & squished into the wrong size packaging, causing broken leaves etc.
Obviously plants sent through a mailing system are more prone to damage but T&M sorted out any complaints quickly & efficiently either with replacement plants or a refund.

very disappointed that I did not get the plants ordered but sent a substitute then got a letter to advise other plants would be sent 2012. Not Impressed. Customer service was good with response to my complaint
