Avoid this seller. Credit Card charged twice and overcharged for items. Tried to call but you can never get thro on the expensive 0845 number. Emailed 3 times and was passed around different people before credit card refunded correctly. Despite ordering in stock items, after 1 month items still not delivered, emailed many times and was fobbed off with excuses and no real delivery time. Order now cancelled and ordered elsewhere! Items delivered quickly from another retailer.

Over a year later and no cashback. Said transaction not found. To be honest there were problems from the beginning it was late to be sent out and caused issues with delivery and not all the plants I purchased were in as good a quality as some others. Overall not happy with experience or cashback.
However TCB did try to get it resolved.

This site is definitely no 1 in my book. Buying plants via a postal system is always tricky, but time and time again the plants from here are very good and grow on quickly.

I usually have to manually submit my claims against Thompson and Morgan. Still waiting for 1 claim that is 1.5 years old, but the others have eventually been paid.

Website is prehestoric. Slow and grinds to a halt far too often, which is a shame as the products are pretty bang on, but they have major issues with their web reliability.

VERY HAPPY WITH ITEMS ALREADY DELIVERED JUST WAITING ON ITEMS NOT DUE UNTIL END OF MARCH DUE TO PLANTING CONDITIONS. DELIVERY WAS VERY SPEEDY FOR ITEMS ALREADY RECEIVED AND PACKAGED WELL. WITH REGARDS TO CASH BACK I AM VERY IMPRESSED BY THE SPEED OF THIS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR QUALITY ITEMS AND DELIVERY - CASHBACK IS AN ADDITIONAL BONUS.
