Well completely unhappy with TopCashBack and Thomas Cook - booked a holiday in Tenerife back in Sept 2013 for Feb 2014. Was expecting around £50 cashback. Nothing appeared, raised a claim and after 9 months of chasing Thomas Cook declined the cashback for which was a perfectly valid booking. Not impressed. Will be looking to use other cashback sites in the future as this is NOT the 1st time I have had perfectly valid claims dismissed by the retailer.

Booked hotels through Thomascook in Oct 13 and Dec 13. Cashback never tracked on both transactions.Have submitted manual claims for both and am still waiting. Don't use Thomascook if youre hoping to get cashback.

Booked hotel only through these at the beginning of October. Still awaiting for it to be tracked never mind paid. Strange as there sister company hotels4u was paid within 4 weeks. No help from topcashback either since October

I've booked a hotel in May of 2013 through Thomas Cook website, but hotel voucher has been issued on Hotels4U (part of Thomas Cook empire). Unfortunately no cashback tracked. I have logged a claim topcashback.co.uk to chase them and finally got paid (October 2013)...

took 5 months to payout,after putting in a claim.the cashback is very welcome but takes far too long to payment.this will put me off using this merchant again. other cashback sites are much quicker for payment.tcb need to get a grip.

Just an update from my previous comment was fed up of waiting for the manual claim I submitted in Sept googled Thomas cook TCB dept found this website as follows http://getsatisfaction.com/thomascook/topics/topcashback_problem Lots of people having same problem so put a comment on there with details of booking got a response saying they would investigate in 5 mins within 2 hours TCB emailed just had to accept offer (right cashback expected) and money was in my account :):):) so give it a go it might just work !

Tried to book package with TC. Kept refusing credit card. Advised by TC that you cannot use TCB to book holiday. Tried again going directly to TC and card refused again. Eventually booked over the phone. Whos wrong TCB or TC ? Anyone booked recently ?

Had to submit a claim which was resolved very quickly. However, holiday has been and gone and cashback still sitting in "Confirmed" column 4 months after purchase. Will have to wait and see. No problems with the product though ;-)
