Have been chasing a valid cashback claim for almost 18 months and Thomas Cook have refused to pay it. Bunch of dishonest fraudsters. Wouldn't book with them again if they were the last holiday company in the country.

I waited 18 months for cashback of £53.89 to be declined. The reason given was “Invalid Order ID”.

Cashback tracked at £172 ish but then after only 10 days it was suddenly declined. Not very happy about this and will be lodging a claim.

Cashback didn't track then they rejected my missing cashback claim saying my order number was invalid. The same order number which was on the invoice showing they had received my booking and taken my money. Not impressed.

Absolute tosh. Submitted missing claim with all details confirmed more than once. They did nothing and then said it was "too late". Wow how easy is that. I wonder what my customers would say if they made a request, i did nothing and then told them "Sorry mate....too late".

Even though I used Top Cashback Thomas Cook refused to pay. Seems odd that Thomas Cook could locate my £5k booking and still refused to pay.

I am still waiting for my cashback from February 2015!! paid £2700 for holiday expecting £111 C/B. We are now in August 2016. Rapidly losing patience with TCB and failure to pay out on large expensive transactions!!

Transaction didn't track. I opened a claima nd they have refused to pay out saying they can't find the transaction. I've provided all our booking references, dates etc. What a rip off!

Looks like I'm going to fall foul of the same treatment that many others on here have encountered. We booked a holiday in July 2015, but the cashback didn't initially track correctly - I submitted a claim and am due around £60 cashback. Despite several nudges and communications, nothing has been forthcoming from TC. Coupled with the issues that we had travelling to and from the holiday, which TC also couldn't care less about (and they still owe us £50 from a separate issue), I don't think I'd book with them again. Shameful for a long standing travel company. If you advertise cashback, you should pay it!!

After months of trying to get cashback for a holiday earlier in the year, Thomas Cook finally decide they aren't going to pay as apparently topcashback wasn't the last referral site. Disappointing considering they have decent feedback on here but hey ho. Good luck to others trying to get cashback out of them

Don't bother I have just noticed £91 declined on my account, it seems all my ones never seem to track and I have followed every rule of Topcashback. All my other transactions of small amounts seem to track no problem. I have another holiday payment pending, I bet that one gets declined.

Booked our holiday beginning of November, starting chasing tracking 7 days after. Still not even tracked despite number of follow up & it's now end of May. Know they won't pay out until holiday taken but not even to track it is extremely disappointing

Booked a hotel via Thomas Cook website. Transaction wasn't tracked, so I have raised a claim. After nearly a year Thomas Cook declined my claim without any reason at all. I wouldn't recommend to use this merchant for hotel bookings only!

I will never book with Thomas Cook again! The only reason I booked with them is because Thomson stopped selling Cuba. Thomas Cook have been a NIGHTMARE from the start of the booking.
Nothing runs smoothly with them, everything is difficult. I gave them a very big booking for a party of us going to Cuba for 14 nights and ensured that I used Top Cashback so I would get a nice bit of cashback over £300 to be specific.
Thomas Cook will not pay out and I am taking this further!

Hi, booked holiday in September with Thomas Cook through TCB for £2297.98 for Goa in January expecting to get £80.43 cash back after numerous nudges to date nothing has transpired, even tried contacting Thomas Cook, they didn't want to know!!
