If they had paid cashback on my holiday I would of booked with them again but they did not as I see with many others. Perhaps they would not be in such a mess if they would of had people rebooking.

So, before I start I'd like to mention I'm a level headed guy and an experienced user of topcashback (so, yer I know what I'm doing). So, whilst the holidays are always OK every time I've used Thomas Cook via topcashback there have been issues! I've either not been paid or paid out at a much lower rate. I'm currently £47 outstanding for a holiday earlier this year - so lets see what the payout actually is (if at all) when payment finally comes through. So, in summary great for holidays, not quite so good for cashback.

what a joke you promised 5% cashback, then paid myself and my friends 1%. We both put a claim in, they got paid the other 4% within a couple of weeks. Then we eventually got another 1% about eight weeks later and are still awaiting the other 3%. the holiday on the same day
