One year on and cashback has been declined with no reason given. Don't hold your breath.

Reference my post 26 Feb 14, after a lot of nudges and correspondence TCB reported that Thomas Cook have declined my cashback and NO reason for refusal given. I then wrote direct to Thomas Cook customer relations and got the reply back that the topcashback site I used to book the holiday has nothing to do with Thomas Cook ! As a quick reminder I spent over £5000 on a holiday and was due around £216 cashback, reading the reviews it appears that Thomas Cook or TCB do not pay half the due cashbacks. TCB have you any comment to make !!!!!!

Indisputable cashback claim was rejected. Not impressed. I was very careful to do everything correctly and still haven't received any cashback and apparently have no further right to pursue.

Lodged claim against non payment of cashback in July last year and only just been told almost a year later that the merchant has taken the decision to decline this submission despite confirming that the transaction had been tracked successfully. Still waiting for clarification as to why it has been declined but don't hold much hope.

Useless. It has been almost a year since I booked with Thomas Cook and STILL haven't received my cash back. My purchase of almost £1000 never tracked, and I only booked with TC due to the cash back I'd receive! I raised a claim with Top Cashback but nothing has happened un almost a year despite endless nudges. No communication from either Top Cashback or Thomas Cook. Useless all round and feel duped as I could have got it cheaper without factoring in the cash back. Very disappointing.

Booked a holiday last July for my terminally ill wife. Used Topcashback but it didn't track - finally they have declined cashback saying I used another site. They too almost 10 months to decline - they are rubbish - don't use them

if you book your holiday over 5 months in advance you wont get anything despite what shows up..... stop being naive on this site AND ONLY POST REVEIWS ONCE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!!!

Tracked immediately, but was then declined, have complained and raised a ticket, if they still do not pay what they owe I shall never use Thomas Cook again and I am one of their shareholders!!!

Absolute rubbish - owed £400 from July 2013 and 4 nudges to Topcashback have produced nothing. The are plenty of travel companies that pay the cashback they offer quickly. If you want cashback don't Thomas Cook It!

I booked a holiday for over £5400 in Oct 13, should earn a cashback of £216.34. After two weeks of it not tracking I submitted a claim which was forwarded on 29 Oct 13 by TCB. Since then I have sent a nudge on 26 Nov 13,6 Jan 14 and 7 Feb 14 with no response from either Thomas Cook or TCB. I do understand that it can take months to pay out but it has not even tracked, which is why it is so disappointing that TCB after 4 months have not had the courtesy to come back to me. I will keep sending nudges until it is resolved.

I holidayed in April 13 and haven't received my cash back, if I'd known the accommodation was available with a different supplier, quite disappointing for a major company and even a bit more insult to injury to find so many other topcashback users having no problems.

Cashback didn't track. Thomas Cook rejected claim. It is impossible that affiliate money went anywhere else, so just a giant swindle from Thomas Cook

From the first instance - NO cash back tracked on a £3521 package holiday with Thomas Cook. I have now logged to request booking tracked. However feel that this is very poor customer service and I should not have to as it is evident(and listed) that I went straight to Thomas Cook to book - however not tracked. MMMmmm Beg to question if this is actually real and works. V Poor! Would I recommend = NO!

Terrible with coming forward about the cashback. Now two seperate holidays I have booked and nothing has appeared in my account. I have had to manual claim for both, they better pay out as I am not willing to back down!!

I booked a hotel and it didn't track so I had to put in manual claim still nothing, I can see they are offering increased cash back but whats the point when they don't track it or pay it as they say they can not confirm whether the purchase was done through topcash back! Get it sorted thomas cook!

Just wanted to give everyone an update cashback finally paid but only after I contacted Thomas Cook via getsatisfaction.com cashback was in my account within 2 hours this was after waiting since September and manual claim submitted please TCB print this review do others can get help.

booked several hotel rooms for more than 6k through thomas cook,although you are not supposed to factor in the cahsback amount in a purchase this is what swayed us when booking with them and they know this will be the case for most people. cahback didnt track, we have put in a claim but hold out no real hope of this being honoured, as far as i am concerned this amounts to a form of fraud as they entice you to book with them with the offer of a large cashback on purchase, but clearly have no intention of honuring. will NEVER use thomas cook again because of this and take our business elswhere,

I have waited months for this cashback which is substantial and the holiday was paid upfront in full. The holiday has been and gone and yet still nothing paid. Has put me off using them again considering this was a v expensive holiday
