mark iv styler bought on 24/08/09, registered online on 30/08/09, died on 09/09/09, returned and received at ghd on 10/09/09 and we got a replacement on 21/09/09 and it cost us £8.65 for our trouble in having to send them back. i paid more to buy them direct from ghd...

a follow-up...bought as a present for my wife...they worked three times - in the space of ten days and then died...we sent them straight back next day delivery and a week later we are still waiting for a refund or replacement...very disappointing

i emailed them with a query about whether i could order set of straighteners without the extra bundle of freebies i didn't really want - but they didn't bother to reply to my email - which was slightly disappointing...but i ordered them anyway - and their service was then excellent.
