mark iv styler bought on 24/08/09, registered online on 30/08/09, died on 09/09/09, returned and received at ghd on 10/09/09 and we got a replacement on 21/09/09 and it cost us £8.65 for our trouble in having to send them back. i paid more to buy them direct from ghd...

a follow-up...bought as a present for my wife...they worked three times - in the space of ten days and then died...we sent them straight back next day delivery and a week later we are still waiting for a refund or replacement...very disappointing

Im glad you like them, its just my experience of them and the hairdressers that have to use them at salons all day because they are in trend, but at home for their own personal use they use different.
