	Cashback for purchase made on 14/01/2024 still pending.... I made approximately 4 purchases with this retailer via Topcashback and 2 paid out (after approx. 3 months), 1 declined and the last one, made on 14 January 2024, is still pending to this date - it is 19 July 2025 today - that's 18 months later. To wait that long for a few pennies isn't really worth it. To be honest, the retailer has gone down the hill anyway in terms of the range of their products, quality, service, prices and offers. I stopped shopping with them long ago and moved to different retailers and I can't really see myself returning to them to be honest. Interestingly, this retailer claims to be selling natural product and all that, yet, none of their products lists exactly what ingredients are natural or how much of the product is natural nor you can find any of that information online. To list which ingredient is natural or organic or so on, it's pretty standart with other retailers who sell natural / organic products and the details can be also found on the actual product or it's outer packaging. The Body Shop claims to be selling natural products but is rather very vague and unclear on the details. I suppose that says it all really. So I would say if you unhappy with your cashback not tracking or whatever other reasons, shop elsewhere. Plenty of better retailers out there and much cheaper too. Rather than waiting for few pennies for spending high amount of money with the Body Shop, shop with other retailers, spend less and get way more for your money. And don't forget you can also suggest new retailers / companies to Topcashback if they aren't already listed on here. :-)

	Rejected Bought in good faith that I would get cash back of £4.80, rejected for no reason. Guess they are not the ethical company they pretend to be, putting profits first!!!

	AVOID! TOOK WELL OVER A YEAR TO REVIEW CASHBASK CLAIM TO THEN DECLINED FOR NO REASON - LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON THEME! TOP CASHBACK NEEDS TO REMOVE THEM!

	Every extra helps Easy to order and pay online, normally all works well. Cashback normally goes to pending status on the same day, after a couple of days it goes to confirmed, then could be quite a few weeks till it goes to payable. For some unknown reasons the retailer declines some, so nothing is guaranteed.

	No cashback 3 purchases now "pending" cashback after months of wait. Items are excellent but cant recommend this site for cashback because it doesnt arrive.

	Never tracks, extremely slow to pay out Further to my previous review - yet again, I had to submit a missing cashback claim, which took over 18 weeks from transaction date to finally become payable (and the time between ‘confirmed’ and ‘payable’ status was just short of 7 weeks). Appalling - and in total contrast to another retailer I very recently made a purchase from , in relation to which the cashback tracked immediately and was payable within 3 days (and this transaction was made on the same device as The Body Shop transaction).

	good They give cashback but only after you filed missing cashback but then they gave after you filled in details. Only hope that they could give in the first place. Anyway, they gave without much fuss; it is good enough though.

	Never tracks (yet purchases with other retailers from same browser/device track without any problem), so always have to log missing cashback claim - this time, took just short of 17 weeks from purchase date to finally becoming payable (even takes several weeks just to progress from 'confirmed' to 'payable').
