I did not received a cashback on my first order
I did not received a cashback on my first order, 7 month later the issue is not resolved. I will recommend using Aliexpress and searching by picture to buy the same things.

I’ve shopped here many times, I’ve done the bonus many times also and first it never tracks and second it’s always declined! So what you think is a very good deal turns out not to be unfortunately. So now I shop there taking into account I won’t be getting the Cashback and decide before buying if I want to pay that per item instead of relying on the cashback knocking the price down. I would recommend shopping with them as you get some good deals and I’ve had no issues with them but don’t get your hopes up on getting the cashback that part is rubbish.

Never tracks but does payout
I've tried loads of different ways to purchase but it never tracks. The company is very pushy on deals but just ignore the time pressure tactics and you can get some decent stuff (for the price). They refund one item per order no questions asked if its not right (you can do more than one if you have more issues).

Very slow
Finally, they have sorted out my claims, the oldest being 8 months old. When transactions track first time, it works quite well, if very slow. When they don't, you need a lot of patience.

No cashback, should be removed
I see Temu are offering 35% cashback to new customers today. They may as well offer 100% cashback as they don't pay it! 8 months on and still no response and it looks like I'm not the only one. If TCB were monitoring the reviews and cashback claims properly they'd remove Temu from the site instead of promoting them on their banner offers as they're damaging TCB's reputation.

8 Months and still waiting
Ordered from Temu 4 times this year. Had to file a claim for missing cashback every time. They have still not paid out with the first claim being over 8 months ago. Seems like a scam to get you to purchase while never actually paying out the cashback.
