	If I could give no stars I would. As others have said - choose another merchant if you want cashback. Now 17 months after purchase and TCB appear to do nothing more than advise me to be patient! I have also emailed Swinton and received no reply. Glad I didn't ever have to attempt a claim on the policy if this is indicative of their customer service. Not impressed with TCB either.

	Terrible service. It is now 10 months since taking out my policy and still no payment. It was bad enough that I had to post off printed copies of my NCD paperwork but I considered this acceptable for the cash back and the price. However they have got by business under false pretences as I am still waiting for the offered cash back. This experience has also severely damaged my impression of toipcashback so I am surprised that they are still prepared to do business with them. Absolute disgrace

	6 Months, no cashback. They said I didn't follow the terms. And that is after it wasn't tracked. First and last time they get my business. I had to send my no claims proof as they don't use the same system as every other Insurer.

	I have been waiting for 8 months to receive this cashback but it is still not payable. I won't be using Swinton again and it has put me off topcashback too. Not good enough - obtained my custom under false pretences.

	Beware. Tracked OK then after 3 months mysteriously changed to 0 then declined without explanation. I would avoid and pick another company if I were you.

	useless - still waiting for cashback 11 months after taking the policy. Swinton themselves are still working in the middle ages where they required a printed no claims discount to be taken to a local branch and would not accept the pdf issued by my previous insurer. use another company - not worth the hassle

	Received £50 cashback directly from Swinton after 3 months. Top Cashback took 8 months to confirm and still not payable after 10 months.

	Took 6 months to get cleared cash. Had to chase as didn't track, which took 3 months to appear after that due to waiting period.

	Abysmal. Paid in full for car insurance 5 months ago and still haven't received the cashback. Gave 1 star only because there was no option for zero!

	Not impressed at all. Been waiting 10 months so far for the cashback. Took 6 months to register after having to raise a claim ticket, and been waiting since for it to move to payable. The company itself I had issues with, as my last insurer provided my noclaims in the form of a pdf document, which swinton refused to accept stating they would only take an original letter from the previous company. All-in-all i don't think i'd use them again

	Similar situation here. Policy bought in September (over 5 months ago) and still no payment through Top Cashback. Very annoying. This happened with another insurer the other year and the claim eventually expired because of the time it had taken and Top Cashback did not pay out in the end.

	Purchased insurance in August, got £50. From Swindon BUT the cash back of £35.00 has not been paid. It shows as pending since Middle of August? Not very prompt payout.
