	Swinton were running a double cashback deal when I took out my insurance - £50 back from them after three months, if I went through TopCashback, and an additional £45 from TopCashback after about six months. At exactly the times when the money should have been available, it was. So easy, I don't know why everyone doesn't do it.l

	If I could give no stars I would. As others have said - choose another merchant if you want cashback. Now 17 months after purchase and TCB appear to do nothing more than advise me to be patient! I have also emailed Swinton and received no reply. Glad I didn't ever have to attempt a claim on the policy if this is indicative of their customer service. Not impressed with TCB either.

	Terrible service. It is now 10 months since taking out my policy and still no payment. It was bad enough that I had to post off printed copies of my NCD paperwork but I considered this acceptable for the cash back and the price. However they have got by business under false pretences as I am still waiting for the offered cash back. This experience has also severely damaged my impression of toipcashback so I am surprised that they are still prepared to do business with them. Absolute disgrace

	6 Months, no cashback. They said I didn't follow the terms. And that is after it wasn't tracked. First and last time they get my business. I had to send my no claims proof as they don't use the same system as every other Insurer.

	I have been waiting for 8 months to receive this cashback but it is still not payable. I won't be using Swinton again and it has put me off topcashback too. Not good enough - obtained my custom under false pretences.

	Beware. Tracked OK then after 3 months mysteriously changed to 0 then declined without explanation. I would avoid and pick another company if I were you.

	useless - still waiting for cashback 11 months after taking the policy. Swinton themselves are still working in the middle ages where they required a printed no claims discount to be taken to a local branch and would not accept the pdf issued by my previous insurer. use another company - not worth the hassle

	Finally got the cashback. 8 months and 11 days after I paid for the insurance. Very happy to receive it....Not impressed with the length of time it took to come.
