	Great VPN service, cashback payable soon after purchase Purchase of VPN subscription was tracked straight away, cashback became payable probably a month later (there was a cooling off period, I believe). Very happy with the quality, far better than my previous VPN provider and it being an European company is a huge bonus for me.

	Got paid Made my purchase on 26th Dec 2024 and got paid cashback on 2nd March 2025. The cashback amount was 100% but I noticed it was short just over £1 so didn't quite give 100% But overall happy with it.

	Don't rely on the cashback Purchased from Surfshark via TopCashback and had cashback refused. The cashback was refused with Surfshark eventually saying that the purchase wasn't made as a result of linking directly from TopCashback, that is completely untrue as the purchase was made immediately following the link.

	Surfshark Cashback Scam I fell for the 95% cashback offer in July 2024. After the 30 day cool off period had elapsed I received much less than the 95%. I put in a dispute & waited for 3 months only to be told that Surfshark couldn't find my order number. Strange after I had already received a small amount of cashback from them. I resent the information & waited for another 3 months. I gave a "nudge" after a couple of weeks then received a request to end the dispute. I have resent the information again, but after 7 months I'm not holding any hope of getting my money. As for the VPN, it doesn't work any better than a few of the free options out there.

	Dreadful VPN, cashback didn't track After 4 years with NordVPN, I thought I'd give SurfShark a go, particularly as it had 95% cashback. The cashback didn't ever track, but it doesn't really matter. No matter which VPN I tried to connect with, the internet speed was so bad, it was unusable. I couldn't even load a BBC News webpage, let alone do any streaming. I've asked for my money back (they have a 30-day money back guarantee) and am going back to NordVPN.

	Brilliant product with Massive cashback to boot Although it takes a while to come through I received £34 for buying a £112 product I needed anyway, so it was so worth using topcashback even for that one transaction.

	Cancelled after 2 days because of incorrect tracking This tracked at less than half that was offered, so I cancelled with Surfshark and got a refund. Then it tracked at the full amount. Too late, I'd gone. I hate bait and switch and that's why I cancelled.

	Very very bad experience so far from Surfshark (NOT Topcashback) Topcashback contact SurfShark for the cashback not the other way round. I've informed you that Topcashback got a reply from SurfShark saying that my card was declined for the initial transaction, contacting Topcashback will result in them contacting you. The 30 day policy becomes redundant because of the situation. A customer having to wait 3 months for a response for it to just be a 'card declined not new customer' despite paying seconds later. Having to wait 3 months for SurfShark to reply to Topcashback and then informing me that I can't get a refund falls under the unfair contract conditions. On Topcashback, a great offer for 95% Cashback for SurfShark VPN [New customers] I use the link and try to pay but the transaction is oddly declined. I didn’t pay. I’m not a customer yet as I haven’t paid. Seconds later, literally seconds later, I try again and my same card works: I pay. I’m a customer. The Cashback didn’t automatically track so I put in request to Topcashback. The 30-day money back guarantee period lapses. But knowing I’m a new customer and met all conditions I was 100% confident I would get my cashback. Quality Control: As part of quality control and reassurance purposes: In order to ensure that SurfShark is listening and reading the information the customer has sent to via email or chat to the agents who respond to these please ensure you include the following in the by copying and pasting it: ‘I have fully read the information sent by the customer today.’ This is to ensure that SurfShark is replying to customers having read the information properly. Thank you. Surfshark inform Topcashback 3 months later informing them I’m not a new customer because I had a transaction declined. I repeat. A transaction being declined counted me as a new customer. Despite not paying. This is ridiculous. Constantly trying to contract SurfShark but they keep coming back with copy and pasted answers ‘hands are tied’ and ’you aren’t a new customer’ ’30 da
