Very unhappy as large cashback refused.
Purchased carefully from Surfshark via TopCashback and had a large cashback refused. The TopCashback customer services people tried hard a number of times to get the cashback agreed but it was refused each time with the merchant eventually saying that the purchase wasn't made as a result of linking from TopCashback. That is completely untrue as the purchase was made immediately following the link.

No cashback. When lodged missing cashback, replied after 2 months when the money can't be refunded from your subscription.
Reasons for refusal! Don't meet their terms, when I took the same 2 year contract as advertised.

Didn't track at all this time sadly at 82% expected rate. A missing claim was raised but has been declined by the merchant even though I used the codes on here. I feel a little cheated & will not renew in the future.
