as a new superdry online customer , i was supposed to get more cashback than what i did..i contacted customer service and i was told i would get more...but to no avail..At the end i got the wrong amount of cashback. not very happy.

Two cashback offers were quoted; one for new customers and the other existing customers. I was a new customer but they paid at the lower percentage. I have challenged this but am still waiting for a resolution several months on.

I was supposed to get 8.4% cashback on a £99.99 jacket. I'm apparently getting £1.75 which is nowhere near 8.4%. Terrible experience once again.

Great at taking the money but not so keen to pay out. I bought my girlfriend a hoody and thought i would be thrify and save a couple of pounds. Paid the money and watched the cashback sit in payable for months before being declined, i then go to claim and because the purchase was not within 100 days i can't. So no explanation as to why the cashback is declined and no way to retrieve it. This is the only store i have not received cashback from after it has gone to payable but maybe Supertight operate differently.

expensive, extremely poorly made!
use to buy superdry clothing all the time, but t-shirts would fall apart, coats had holes appear in them, and the tracksuit bottoms, well u have to see the pair i bought to believe just how poorly they were made.
Republic is much better and cheaper!
