I ordered two items on the 31st of July 2012 and i am yet to receive any cash back, i filed a claim with top cash back in September and i still haven't heard anything or received a penny in cashback, i would definitely avoid!!!

Ordered from Superdry direct from TCB and Superdry said I was referred from multiple locations including vouchers, pop ups, cashback, etc. So which is it?? You can't have multiple sites that are the last site before you make a purchase. What a load. No cashback received, Not happy.

Didn't track cashback automatically. When submitting a claim the vendor stated that it was clicked through from topcashback. Been using this site for 4 years and never had any issues with click throughs, and the fact that my claim shows the date and time of the referral from TCB to Superdry just shows they didn't want to pay the commission.

Didn't track then refused cashback for no valid reason apparently as I didn't go to their site via this site which is never an issue I've seen occur before. According to topcashback the retailer can choose not to pay cashback whenever they want and have chosen to on this occasion.
