I paid extra for next-day delivery but the goods did not arrive on the expected day. I contacted Customer Services and they refunded me the entire cost of p&p - not just the extra element. I was extremely impressed by this, the items have now arrived and I'm very pleased with them. Highly recommended.

Tracked quickly. Shame postal strike delayed delivery quite significantly, they could have used a courier service like other cos to avoid delays to customers.
