Been using TC back for over a year now on a large number of purchases. This is the only one which I hasn't tracked, opened a case only in Dec 2011 & still waiting - would not use again

Well, I'd like to report a positive experience. However, the website won't let me place an order with different billing/delivery addresses using the express checkout (even though it says you can) and I'm not prepared to register, it seems as if I'll be shopping elsewhere. I have tried on two different machines using two different web browsers on each, both directly and via top cashback.

Cashback never tracked - not happy, waited a week for delivery for wrong items to be sent. I sent the items back and they sent me the exact same items back out again. Arrggh

The discount for purchases over £25 has not worked. It needs updated before anyone has the same problem.
It said that it could be expired and need to keep re-enter the promotional code.

Cashback tracked fine within 24 hours for both purchases I made and cashback showing payable within 2 months of purchase. Delivery and packaging from Superdrug are good and they deliver within reasonable timeframes. Overall very good, wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Tracked quickly, but not at the £2.52 expected. Only got 11.11% of my purchase price, which is rubbish. Wouldn't have bothered with the order if i had known. The advertised rate is misleading, and TCB don't seem to provide any means of disputing it!

Always tracks VERY quickly BUT present rate quoted as 10% is not paid at 10%. ie due£4.91 but tracked at £3.77. There was free delivery so no reason for the reduction. It is still a good cashback so am grateful but if they quote a rate they are increasing their sales based on that rate and so should pay up thus only 2 stars.
