Terrible!
Hardly ever have the products you want online yet you can find plenty in their shops.
Cashback was declined for no apparent reason.
A real shame as I love their own brand stuff now it's all animal friendly.
Last time I ordered it took ages to arrive as they'd had a "technical issue"

Purchased from superdrug in April 2011-cashback never tracked and no reply from missing cashback yet.
Purchased from superdrug again in June 2012-cashback did not track again and I have lodged a missing cashback claim but do not expect a reply.
Not happy with cashback experience with this company.
