Firstly, I am a fan of Superdrug and they had good and quick customer services when I dealt with them. However my cashback experience has been poor. An offer was publicised for a "free MUA pallette" with cash back. After purchase, I first had to raise a claim for money part. Then when that was honoured, I enquire to Top cashback about promised gift and they had no knowledge and passed me to Superdrug- whom also had no idea about this offer. I was left feeling rather annoyed and a bit mugged off!
