Cashback offer of 20%, so I used online order instead of shopping instore and using my NUS discount. Bought a load of stuff on various offers to donate to our Christmas homeless charity. Cashback tracked almost immediately. Order arrived quickly. Then 3 weeks later cashback was declined. Should have just gone for NUS discount, as at least that is applied immediately and reduces the total paid out. Moral of the story is go with the discount you know will work and don't count on the cashback.
