Was due cashback 24th April - still waiting , with no end in sight ! Used around 15 cashback companies , but superbreak is the worst one by far , AVOID AT ALL COSTS , i will not use this company again - ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME

Unlike some hotel/ travel retailers, the transaction tracked and was confirmed really quickly and in advance of the stay. Very pleased and would recommend. Was also able to get a further discount using codes I had making it even more of a bargain. Good amount of cashback for the price.

Booked Mystery hotel through them for a bargain price of £17.50 per adult for one night's accomodation plus breakfast. Turned out to be 3* Holiday Inn which was very clean with a good bar and decent breakfast. 10% cashback from the booking added to the bargain!

No problems with the actual holiday, but the amount I was expecting as cashback took some negotiating and perseverance to reach.
It tookover a month for Superbreak to confirm the original transaction, then a further few weeks to get to an agreed cashback amount.
I was initially offered £19 cashback representing 4% but the write-up for Superbreak.com said 6% which I worked out as £26.88. I needed to shuttle a few emails back and forth with my calculations before I was offered the amount I wanted.
Topcashback were helpful and Superbreak did honour the expected payout, but as this was my first transaction on Topcashback I had no frame of reference and I wondered if fighting for every penny is a normal experience - I hope not!
