	Was nervous about using Superbreaks as I'd never heard of them. I thought my fears had come true when it didn't track and had to make a claim. Took several months to go to pending, then paid within a week. Hotel DBB was far cheaper than any other company including hotels own online price. Free Afternoon Tea included was available only with the Superbreak deal.

	Excellent rate of cashback. Once I submitted a manual claim it was paid immediately and I was able to claim it immediately. Their service overall was excellent.

	Cashback rate was supposed to be 15%, but only 9% was paid. It was however paid within 3 weeks

	One thing to watch out for. Prior to going through TCB, I'd checked the price of a train + hotel package on the website, which quoted £117pp. On trying this later on via TCB, the price for the same hotel and same train was £152pp, albeit with breakfast included (but £35pp for 2 breakfasts seems a little steep!) Trying again without going through TCB, it was back to £117pp. Despite the 11% cashback, it was still significantly cheaper to book direct. This is the first time in my experience that a website has produced different prices between 'website only' and 'via TCB' - just a word of warning!

	No problems with the actual holiday, but the amount I was expecting as cashback took some negotiating and perseverance to reach. It tookover a month for Superbreak to confirm the original transaction, then a further few weeks to get to an agreed cashback amount. I was initially offered £19 cashback representing 4% but the write-up for Superbreak.com said 6% which I worked out as £26.88. I needed to shuttle a few emails back and forth with my calculations before I was offered the amount I wanted. Topcashback were helpful and Superbreak did honour the expected payout, but as this was my first transaction on Topcashback I had no frame of reference and I wondered if fighting for every penny is a normal experience - I hope not!

	Poor experience. Only booked due to the high "cashback" on offer. However this was later declined by the company. Apparently they said I had not visited their site through TC, but this was not the case. I hadn't heard of the company before and only ever visited their website through TC. Disappointing not to receive the cashback and this is not a company I would ever deal with again.

	Was due cashback 24th April - still waiting , with no end in sight ! Used around 15 cashback companies , but superbreak is the worst one by far , AVOID AT ALL COSTS , i will not use this company again - ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME

	Can't comment on holiday as not til November.purchased london weekend in feb still waiting for cashback !! Sent numerous comments still waiting!! Totally dissalutioned with superbreak and cashback.havnt used cashback since because of this.

	I made a purchase through top cashback for superbreak 2 march for £2330.00. I paid for the holiday in full as I was expecting 10 percent cashback .as yet I have not received this payment of £230 !! I am very annoyed and disillusioned with his service I have sent off a dispute memo but to date have not had a response ! I feel I have been conned into paying in full when actually didnt need to pay until 12wks before.ths was only my second purchase thro cashback I dnt think I will be using again and certainly not superbreak unless this matter is resolved !!!

	The website and booking process was quick and we were able to book a hotel that had been sold out everywhere else due to their allocation for 2 weeks time and looking forward to our trip now!
