Whatever you have used our Superdrug offers to buy, you can have your order delivered to your door or to one of their stores for you to collect when it suits you.

Their free Order & Collect service means that if you place your order before 2pm, it will be available to collect from your chosen store in 3-5 working days. Spend more than £10 and place your order before 6pm Monday-Friday, meanwhile, and you will be able to pick it up after 1pm the next day (excluding Bank Holidays) for free thanks to their next day Order & Collect service.

Spend less than £10 and this will cost you £1.50. If you prefer your items delivered to your home, you can benefit from free delivery (standard) when you spend more than £10 or you use your Health & Beautycard. Place your order before 2pm and you can expect to receive it in 3-5 working days. If you need your items in a hurry, order before 2pm Monday-Friday and get them the following day (excluding Bank Holidays) with premium delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered on Tuesday.

Should you change your mind regarding a purchase made using our Superdrug voucher codes, you can return it to the retailer for a refund within 28 days of receipt, as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition (exclusions apply).

Items can either be returned to a Superdrug store or by using the freepost label included with your order. All you need to do to return an item to one of their stores is take along your dispatch note/order invoice and the payment card used when placing the order. If you paid by PayPal, you should take the card attached to your account.

To send an item back by post, complete the returns summary section at the bottom of the parcel summary, highlighting the product, quantity and reason code. Detach the return summary and freepost label from the parcel summary and place the returns summary inside the parcel with your item(s). Attach the returns label to the package and take it to a Post Office, making sure you obtain proof of postage.

If you would like to exchange an eligible item bought online, you will need to take it to one of their stores. Some of the products they sell are sent directly from their suppliers, in which case you will receive a document entitled 'Returns Information', on which you will find the steps you will need to follow to return an item.

Superdrug do offer a 10% student discount on presentation of your NUS extra card and a registered Superdrug Health & Beautycard (exclusions apply). However, this is only available in store and cannot be applied when shopping on their website.
