	Purchased on 14 July for short break on 27th July. cash back confirmed within a couple of days and today 7 August is payable. Very quick and easy cashback experience from me. Recomended

	Poor experience. Only booked due to the high "cashback" on offer. However this was later declined by the company. Apparently they said I had not visited their site through TC, but this was not the case. I hadn't heard of the company before and only ever visited their website through TC. Disappointing not to receive the cashback and this is not a company I would ever deal with again.

	One thing to watch out for. Prior to going through TCB, I'd checked the price of a train + hotel package on the website, which quoted £117pp. On trying this later on via TCB, the price for the same hotel and same train was £152pp, albeit with breakfast included (but £35pp for 2 breakfasts seems a little steep!) Trying again without going through TCB, it was back to £117pp. Despite the 11% cashback, it was still significantly cheaper to book direct. This is the first time in my experience that a website has produced different prices between 'website only' and 'via TCB' - just a word of warning!

	Like others reporting their experiences I too received the cash back into pending very quickly. However I wonder if anyone has actually got their cash because I have not. Have been waiting 3 months so far. How long have other people waited? I do feel that unless it stipulates at the time of ordering that your cash back will be a long wait that companies should deliver within a stipulated time for giving cash back and that TCB should reinforce this. Otherwise this is just another ploy for customers to spend their hard earned money with the lure of cashback

	I made a purchase through top cashback for superbreak 2 march for £2330.00. I paid for the holiday in full as I was expecting 10 percent cashback .as yet I have not received this payment of £230 !! I am very annoyed and disillusioned with his service I have sent off a dispute memo but to date have not had a response ! I feel I have been conned into paying in full when actually didnt need to pay until 12wks before.ths was only my second purchase thro cashback I dnt think I will be using again and certainly not superbreak unless this matter is resolved !!!

	Was nervous about using Superbreaks as I'd never heard of them. I thought my fears had come true when it didn't track and had to make a claim. Took several months to go to pending, then paid within a week. Hotel DBB was far cheaper than any other company including hotels own online price. Free Afternoon Tea included was available only with the Superbreak deal.

	think this one is really good. I made a booking at 3:28am and the cashback was in my pending 'column' by 9:30am. Of course it might take a while to get any further but at least it's there and it was the amount I had calculated; plus after loads of searching through the others, e.g. lastminute, expedia, hotels.com, trivago, laterooms etc this one came up with the best / cheapest price for same hotel!!! I'm impressed and very pleased - thank you
