Stena's cash back payout was faster than some of the other retailers. Paying a fair rate which made us choose them over Irish ferries. Thanks !

Have used Stena a dozen times atleast in the last few years and have been happy overall. Transactions always track and are confirmed quickly but payout has been slow in the past, although my last two payout times have vastly improved and I'm now satisfied. Anyone using them more than once have to join their Loyalty scheme as it's free and any points earned can be redeemed on the next trip which is always a bonus. Although their prices similar to Irish Ferries they beat them hands down on the money redeemed on the loyalty scheme and the cashback.
