Very Very long wait for cash back to track - chased twice and took several months to appear - I'm not holding my breath for an imminent payout either, but may be pleasantly surprised.

Refused cashback as they said I used a voucher/promotion code. That wasn't the case. Won't be bothering with the cashback again and will compare the P&O price next time.

Don't use your Stena points unless they're worth more of a discount than the cashback, as they've decided to start declining on that basis. Disappointing

I think the cashback should be paid out as soon as you have travelled. I'm not sure why it takes longer. Also, I had to book the return journey separately to include an extra passenger, and I didn't get cashback for that, which actually cost more than the outbound sailing. Disappointing.

2 bookings. Neither tracked. That's not a big problem, but the fact that it could take months for them to check and pay is not good. Shouldn't take so long for stena to resolve

If I could give them zero stars I would. It’s been a year and a half now and nothing despite several communications through the missing cash back query, which I find usually useless. Next time, people need to read the reviews first before committing to this cash back nonsense

Transaction didn't track and the merchant declined the missing cashback claim saying invalid order number. Strange given all the details WERE available on topcashback and came up as soon as I started to complete the missing cashback claim. A poor show all round, clearly they are happy to lie and topcashback will just shrug and accept it.

I didn't expect a payout on this one as I've read some negative comments on here, but the transaction tracked almost immediately, and is not awaiting payment. The trip itself was excellent, and well worth the upgrade to Premium seats for the ferry to Dublin

Booked a one way Harwich-Hook. It tracked very quickly within a few hours. However, when I booked on the 11th of January the cashback was only 5% not 7% as listed.
