Problems every time
I book a lot with Stenaline on the Irish ferries and every time it doesn't track and I have to chase it up. I don't have this problem with any other retailer.

Never tracks and slow
Never tracks so you have to submit a claim, this is a very slow process from top cash back and Stena. Once it eventually shows in the account they pay slowly

Slow cashback
Waited 48 days from 04 November to 22 December, 5.25%. Lucky to get anything at all. Stena will usually decline by a technicality especially when a booking is at basement price level. So don't get too hopeful.
