Declined cashback
Avoid using this retailer if looking for cashback. Tempt you in with an offer of great cashback and then decline to pay out. I have had several issues with stateside so will be avoiding from now on.

Cash-back Review Only
Given all the bad reviews regarding declined cash back applications I was sceptical that my claim would be successful with this company but it tracked and was duly paid. Insurance is one of those products that you never wish to use and you only find out how good the product and the company are in the event of a claim. For that reason I cannot review the policy or the company and as titled this review is purely for the cash back offer.

Great cashback rates - but assume clickbait rather than likely payout
Annual policy purchased - usual precautions taken, cleared cookies, etc. Expecting over £200 cashback. The purchase did not track. I contacted TCB customer service and, after 2 months, was informed that:- "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." I disputed this, but was provided with the somewhat ambiguous explanation that:- "The network has identified upon investigating that we were not responsible for this purchase, which is why this has been declined. It seems that an entity linked to your purchase whist making it which caused them to be seen as the final referral instead of us. Please understand that the network are not suggesting that you did not make this transaction via TopCashback, as we may have been part of the purchase journey, but your click through only shows you browsing and not if it resulted in a purchase." So, TCB acknowledges that the transaction was made via their portal, but an unidentified "entity" managed to 'leapfrog' them at the point of purchase. It's frustrating that Staysure have no obligation to provide details of who this 'entity' may be (or do they?). Any TCB retailer with such a high number of negative reviews should be avoided, despite the tempting level of advertised cashback. They suckered me!

Cash back Declined
I am really angry and dissatisfied as to why cashback has been declined as like others I always make sure I go through the site logged in correctly when making the purchase. Showed £45 was due and I messaged topcashback to follow up. I purchase an annual travel policy and only chose Staysure as it was supposed to be a reputable company and the cashback amount offered. If I had known, I would gone with another provider and saved money. Looks like there are a lot of people who have had cashback declined with this company so topcashback needs to do something about this as it is not acceptable at all. This is not the first time I have had cashback declined even though following the rules when making the purchase. I am going to pursue this.

Cashback declined!!
Took out a single trip policy, which is still in force, and, for some reason the cashback has been declined. As with other reviews, I purchased the policy through Topcashback due to the level of cashback on offer. I agree with others, it's a con and needs looking into.

Cash back Declined on Annual Policy
Took out an annual policy in April, £55 cash back! It was declined by Staysure, no explanation for this! Bit of a con really because I chose the Staysure policy because of the offer of cash back. Topcash back need to look into all these 1 Star reviews saying the same thing as it also shows them in a bad light!

Won't use them again
They declined my legitimate cashback for travel insurance, with no reason. I even have proof of the insurance and holiday! The only reason I went with them was because of the cashback. I won't be using them again, for anything.

Refused legitimate Cashback claim
Followed the TopCashback link to purchase Annual Travel Insurance and Staysure have refused to pay out, claiming they could not see the purchase, despite my online purchase! This is clearly an excuse not to pay out and I will not go with them again, I only used them this time because of the Cashback. Would be 0 stars but I’m not able to put none in.

Never paid the 20% advertised on an annual policy
I took out an annual policy and after a year of chasing I’ve been advised that the 20% will not be honoured as it’s not guaranteed.

Great service when needed
Yes I had to chase up the cashback on this occasion and I had to pay extra for an additional ailment that had arisen, a good job i did though as the condition worsened very quickly and I had the need to make a claim. The claim was handled without any issues, documents they needed for the claim were easily uploaded and I was kept informed via a portal of the progress. My claim was paid in full, all but a small excess for cancellation within about 3 weeks. Great service when it was needed most.

Be wary
The incorrect cashback was received, not even close to the advertised %. I’ve been chasing and awaiting feedback back for 7 months and still have no resolution. I wouldn’t rely on the cashback amount again.

Cashback declined
Cashback was tracking fine. Then all of a sudden months later it got declined. Reason was vague and didn't make sense. Staysure are good but wouldn't buy for the cashback!

3 months to pay out after a lot of aggravation
Having bought travel insurance from Staysure before via Top Cashback and receiving the cashback very quickly I bought an annual insurance policy whereby I should have received 28% cashback. The usual message from Top Cashback popped up saying my visit had been recorded. When I didn't receive the cashback I claimed and eventually was told that this had been declined and for them to go back to the retailer needed the order confirmation. I therefore had to send all the documents with personal details so that they could see when this was purchased. I also put in a complaint to Staysure and the payout appeared. Whether it was due to that I don't know but I would advise everyone to make proper records and print screen the recorded message etc etc. This was a lot of money just to let it go so I'm gad I persevered and got it after 3 months.

Declined cashback for legitimate purchase
They declined cashback, no comment, no appeal function. Their customer service team are the worst I've ever dealt with. Also dishonest with their refer a friend scheme, didn't give those vouchers out either. If they're this dishonest at point of purchase how bad must they be if you need to claim.

CASH BACK NOT SEEN
When I took out the policy it did not appear in the cash back system it took a claim to get it on to my dashboard. Once agree it was quick and easy. Don't know if this was Top Cash backs problem or stay sures? But happy to get cash back in the end

Paid within 6 weeks
Bought Single trip policies and cashback paid out in about 6 weeks. Actually had to claim for the first time ever on a previous policy. First flight cancelled before a xmas escape. Rebooked on a flight 4 days later. Luckily I had not hotel costs at the other end, but I did have to cancel a car hire that I had that I'd paid £400 for. Car hire co wanted to reprice at it was now going to cost £1700. Insurance policy wouldn't cover that. Found an off airport site that was £420 for the new duration. No help from insurance unless I'd purchased some other feature that didn't make it clear. I got some money back for the delays I'd missed. It's a different claim company to the insurance company but they all work like this!
