	Item arrived quickly and was exactly what I ordered. However, cashback was declined as they wrongly claim (a whole year later) that I cancelled the order and never paid.

	Retailer had well reviewed printer available. Ordered and stock available at the time. Email 1 week later despite having next day order said order cancelled no discussion dont email us. Very upset with this attitude and will not use this company again

	Another dodgy company that's happy to promise cashback to get your order then once they have your money they decline the cashback. Will not buy from this company in future.

	Had a number of cash-back claims rejected by this merchant. Would recommend looking elsewhere for stationery purchases.

	Declined cashback - LIED and stated TCB weren't "the last click" when they 100% were. All cookies cleared, only tab open was TCB. AVOID AVOID AVOID - Declined payout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

	It didn't track and they declined my claim (which showed the tracking) - but I had the order number/ credit card transaction etc. I won't be using again.

	Despite having bought a laptop with Staples via TopCashback, the promise was not honoured by Staples and without explanation. Poor service - don't get suckered in to believing Staples will honour the cash back offer.
