Only ordered the Shark on Friday, delivered on Sunday and the cashback was payable the next day, Monday. I've been using TCB for a few years and never has a response as quickly as that. Great service!

As a previous reveiwer has stated, my purchase also didn't track and claim declined as Shark said I didn't click through Topcashback. I also went straight through and completed the purchase. Very disappointing

Purchase didn't track and claim declined as Shark said I didn't click through Topcashback. I most certainly did. I even paid more at Shark clean than if I had used a different retailer. I wish I'd bought elsewhere now. Not happy with product either. Wish I'd stuck with Vax.
