Percentage doesn't match
Cashback has tracked on payment but for a lesser amount than I paid. Read it was 8% but tracking as £1.40. I paid £170 so should be around £13.00

Downgraded amount payable after purchase
I was expecting a payout of £8 + based upon the offered percentage when making a purchase. But Shark declined to pay this amount and only offered £1.34. Very disappointed they tried to weasel out. After a few months and repeated follow ups Top Cash back paid the correct amount as a "goodwill gesture".
