"Unfortunately we do not do topcashback." That was the response from Shark when I asked them about my failed cashback. I would not buy from them again on the basis of expected cashback. I probably won't ever buy from them again.

Not happy with the company as they claim I didn't go through the correct channels to qualify for the cashback. My parents love their new hoover, but generally disappointed with the outcome. Was even going to look to buy my new hoover from them, but have decided not to use them.

As a previous reveiwer has stated, my purchase also didn't track and claim declined as Shark said I didn't click through Topcashback. I also went straight through and completed the purchase. Very disappointing

Purchase didn't track and claim declined as Shark said I didn't click through Topcashback. I most certainly did. I even paid more at Shark clean than if I had used a different retailer. I wish I'd bought elsewhere now. Not happy with product either. Wish I'd stuck with Vax.
