Avoid, no cashback and terrible service
They don’t give cashback. They told me about the oil cost, but only after they’d already added it and done the job — nearly £40 extra.
Once they had the car, they used high-pressure sales tactics, insisting I needed a brake-fluid change at an extortionate price and an engine flush. When I refused, they said they wouldn’t stamp the service book.
The car was returned covered in mud because the garage is down a dirt track. When I asked the driver, he just laughed and said, “It’s a dirt track.”
Avoid them. It’s cheaper — and far more professional — using a main dealer through Secret Service.

Seemed OK with reasonable trust pilot reviews but awful experience and researching further use scare tactics too upsell etc which was also my personal experience. No cashback yet either.

They are a rip off!!
This company is a con. Never received cashback. Car came back with broken seat adjuster and mud around lower body.
The gargage they used was up a country lane and despite the website concerned saying thay had been in business for over 30 years the owner owner/opertor is only in his early 30's
Garage demanded nearly £1000 before they would return the car.
They said it need a brake overhaul, brake fluid change, pollen filter change, anti-freeze change all of which was carried out when I bought the car 6 months ago.
At the end of the day £117 was paid for what we were told was a basic oil and filter change (well over the top).

Don't be fooled, it isn't as cheap as it seems
The cashback does not track, then they won't release your car until you have paid an additional £30 because they haven't been able to use standard oil (every other garage and service has used) and then they give you a list of jumped up repairs, £127 for an air filter to be changed?! £169 to change the brake fluid, which even Halfords will do on the same car for £50. They don't let the garage your car is at discuss work or pricing with you to make sure that you aren't accidently given a reasonable price for any work. The garage staff were friendly enough, although my car was not collected until near 12noon with a collection time of 8am - 10am and no update was provided until I contacted them to see if they were coming at all.
