Order tap which arrived at store faulty. Screwfix store rang me, cancelled the order and ordered a replacement, giving it a different order number. They then declined my cashback as the order numbers did not tally. Put in a claim, explaining events, but still refused. Poor service i.e. faulty goods and delay, made worse by costing me more money.
