Not as straightforward as it should be
I find it hit and miss with Screwfix. They are happy to pay out the small stuff, but making a bigger purchase, seems to cause them to take far longer and occasionally, it doesn't even lodge on my TopCashBack account.
I've lodged a claim and it really isn't easy to see that Screwfix are working swiftly with TopCashBack, as first of all they haven't even stated the purchase in my account, then they've not replied to my missing claim and now I have to apparently wait for weeks for this to be progressed.
How tedious!

I spend many times a week at Screwfix, only half of my purchases track.
I always open a claim however small and it's usually credited; just be careful and check. They are unreliable but honest.

It tracked, which unfortunately puts it in the minority. However it doesn't include VAT. That should be standardised, so you can compare properly.
