Not sure how Samsung can get away with this!
Purchased a phone via the Samsung website and obviously Top Cashback in June 2026.
TC stated I would get £30 cashback. 3 months later now and still nothing registered on my account.
Top Cashback, please remove Samsung - they are a disgrace.

Avoid - just a scam - they deliberately knocked back eligible claims
Spent over 11 months to recover cash back from a TV and soundbar offer - no logic or consistency applied to the reasons why they would not honour the cash back offer. Poor follow up / pressure from TopCashback who just repeatedly told me it was a query list with Samsung which just dragged on and on. With hindsight would not have bought Samsung as the cash back offer was the thing that tipped the purchase in their direction

Cash back rejected
Extremely frustrating, purchased a washer/dryer from Samsung and decided actually I’d spend a further £400!! Upgrading to the newer model - both purchases were via Topcash back and they’ve rejected the claim. This was during a offer period for a higher % - clearly never had any intention

Bought from them during a boosted period - they initially tried to withhold cashback, however TopCashback pushed back and managed to get me the cashback after a few months of back and forth

Believe the other 1 star reviews. You will not get a penny from samsung. Better to not expect as they will not pay out, claim sent and they are mot final referrer.. same story.

Very unreliable tracking, made a big purchase in the last few months, surprise surprise it hasn't tracked and now it's too late to make a claim!

Zero stars, didn't pay out
One of my two transactions with this retailer didn't work, only a couple of days apart.
Voucher code and trade in deal was shown on Top Cashback.
Retailer said Top Cashback wasn't the last referrer. It's a load of rubbish. I know how to use a web browser to accurately track things. I build websites!
Just feel like they only wanted to pay out for one of my orders and not the other. Total scam.

Rare issue
Had very few problems over the years, however, after filing missing cashback claim got a "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." response that also acklowledges that "we know you visited this company through our link". Being an expensive purchase this was a significant sum as well.

So despite spending over £1500 on two separate transactions I didn't receive a penny. Didn't track and despite Top Cashback having a record of this, they couldn't do anything. Puts me.off using both of these services. Feel cheated.

Cashback Denied! - Order was fully completed and claim submitted. **AVOID**
Order full completed, but NO cash back receieved.
Opened up a claim with top cashback, supplied my order number and apparently Saumsung could not find my order. Yet I have an order number and have been speaking with Samsung about this order.
The cash back was around £75.00, so not receiving this although I uploaded the order number is a huge disappointment.
My honest advice after reveiwing all the low reviews for Saumsung is to not use or to not expect you will receiev cashback as the you likely not, and top cash back do not really help in my opinion.
Such a let down.
