Straightforward, simple cash back
Samsung was offering 10% cash back on the new S25 range, as well as a range of other early purchase incentives. I bought the S25 Ultra, got excellent speedy delivery, and all of the extras were received. All in all, an excellent experience with Samsung. Thank you!

Excellent cashback experience
As I have the Top Cashback app installed on Google Chrome, I never have to think about going through the site - as long as I'm on a retailer who is part of TCB, I automatically get the cashback. So with Samsung, it was easy as pie!

Refused to pay out
Samsung declined the cashback claim. It wasn't a huge amount, but still would have been nice to have it in my pocket.
Based on other reviews it would appear that this is a regular occurrence with Samsung. They tempt you in with promises of cashback but then don't like to honour it, making spurious suggestions that the sale was attributed to 'another marketing channel'.
