	Advertise enhanced cashback to lure you in and then refuse to pay I was enticed by the enhanced cashback being offered last black friday week. It made a TV I had my eye on a bit more attractive. But they've now declined the cashback, leaving me £268 out of pocket. Terrible

	never tracks i've used samsung cashback twice for fairly large purchases (£500-£1000+) and both times the cashback has not tracked. it's been approved after a dispute but it makes me less inclined to use it in the future as having the uncertainty over the cashback for months and risking not making the saving is stressful. i don't have this problem with other merchants. can only hope this improves in future.

	Has to chase this up but eventually it did track and paid out immediately Thanks to TopCashback for chasing this up. Samsung did eventually track and then paid out immediately.

	Disappointing My claim was rejected as Samsung claimed I didn't go through Topcashback. This is despite the visit being recorded and purchase made straight away.

	It's a scam! They won't pay out. All the positive reviews are bots. AVOID! Made me wait months then declined £100 worth of cashback for no reason. No way to complain or dispute. No codes used no real reason to not award. Be warned.

	Incorrect cashback December I bought a Samsung Galaxy watch if I remember correctly December the cash back for Samsung wearables was 10% I have been offered 3% so I'm not too pleased

	Beware of no payment!!! Brought a new Galaxy S23+ cashback tracked and my visit was recorded... But Samsung declined the payment... Beware!!! Not happy more and more stuff is being declined.

	Reliable and quick Samsung offer some great deals and with the added cashback it makes all purchases extremely competitive against any other retailer. They are quick to approve the cashback and always find them a pleasure to deal with.

	Awful cashback experience Cashback tracked automatically but later declined by Samsung. Raised a missing cashback and was rejected. Over £110 due and based on other reviews I believe its due to the value but topcashback won't take it further.

	£2000 TV and declined cashback Avoid, declined on a purchase, appealed and no response. Purchased in Feb and now August with no payout. If your relying on a cashback as part of your purchase then avoid.
