	Declined £79.99 cashback Tracked and then declined cashback on large cashback. Made a separate purchase for something of smaller value. The £1 odd cash back paid no questions asked for that. AVOID

	Cashback declined on Samsung S24+ I ordered a Samsung S24+ using the specific link on TCB stating a cashback of up to 20% which should have amounted to £180. This did not track and when queried with customer services at TCB they said I must have clicked the wrong link and the cashback was declined. I do feel the product specific links that claim extra cashback are very misleading and based on other reviews hardly work. Based on this disappointing experience I refuse to use TCB for any Samsung purchases going forward.

	Samsung do not pay Tracked properly, did everything I normally do for successful claims but Samsung do not want to honour it.

	Refused to pay out Samsung declined the cashback claim. It wasn't a huge amount, but still would have been nice to have it in my pocket. Based on other reviews it would appear that this is a regular occurrence with Samsung. They tempt you in with promises of cashback but then don't like to honour it, making spurious suggestions that the sale was attributed to 'another marketing channel'.

	Advertise enhanced cashback to lure you in and then refuse to pay I was enticed by the enhanced cashback being offered last black friday week. It made a TV I had my eye on a bit more attractive. But they've now declined the cashback, leaving me £268 out of pocket. Terrible

	never tracks i've used samsung cashback twice for fairly large purchases (£500-£1000+) and both times the cashback has not tracked. it's been approved after a dispute but it makes me less inclined to use it in the future as having the uncertainty over the cashback for months and risking not making the saving is stressful. i don't have this problem with other merchants. can only hope this improves in future.

	Disappointing My claim was rejected as Samsung claimed I didn't go through Topcashback. This is despite the visit being recorded and purchase made straight away.

	It's a scam! They won't pay out. All the positive reviews are bots. AVOID! Made me wait months then declined £100 worth of cashback for no reason. No way to complain or dispute. No codes used no real reason to not award. Be warned.

	Incorrect cashback December I bought a Samsung Galaxy watch if I remember correctly December the cash back for Samsung wearables was 10% I have been offered 3% so I'm not too pleased

	Beware of no payment!!! Brought a new Galaxy S23+ cashback tracked and my visit was recorded... But Samsung declined the payment... Beware!!! Not happy more and more stuff is being declined.
