Declined for no reason
Bought a TV following all the 'rules'. Cashback tracked then declined. No explanation given. Very disappointing.

Tracked Without Issue… Rejected When It Was Time to Pay £100
I used TopCashback specifically to purchase a TV from Samsung, carefully following every step required and making sure I clicked through the official referral link before completing the purchase. The transaction tracked successfully. By the following day, the purchase had appeared automatically in my TopCashback dashboard as pending, showing the correct retailer and the exact purchase value. That alone demonstrates that the referral link worked and that the transaction was recognised and logged by the tracking system. Several months later, the cashback — worth approximately £100 — was rejected. When I contacted customer support, I was given the standard explanation that TopCashback was “not seen as the final referrer.” This is extremely difficult to accept when the purchase was clearly tracked and recorded immediately after completion. If the referral had genuinely failed, the transaction should never have appeared in my dashboard in the first place. Instead of addressing this contradiction, support responses focused on generic advice about clearing cookies and avoiding other tabs or referrals. This did not feel like an investigation into my specific case, but rather a stock response used to close disputes. My concern is not simply that cashback was declined — it is that the system appears capable of identifying and displaying purchases when it benefits the platform, yet those same purchases can later be dismissed without meaningful explanation. From my experience, smaller cashback amounts may go through without issue. However, when the amount becomes significant, customers should be aware that a tracked purchase and a “pending” status do not necessarily mean the cashback will ever be honoured. At best, this creates a system customers cannot rely on. At worst, it creates the impression that the financial risk sits entirely with the customer, even when they follow every instruction correctly. Declined even though I followed the guidelines. These Donald Trump type offers of we'll give you a 1000% cashback should be removed as they are a LIE. How many extra sales are they getting with these offers with no intention of paying.

Consistently poor
Samsung are the only business I have problems with for cashback. They rarely track, usually denies claims which are legitimate & clicked through as usual, and accept no evidence to help any claim. Feels very bait & switch so absolutely do not count on their cashback being paid.

Large transaction declined
Had a large transaction declined recently stating TCB was not the last referrer. 100% it was as i will clear cache and cookies prior to a big purchase. I will be raising a complaint through Samsung's website. Lots of recent negative reviews for Samsung so seems to happen to other users too.

Declined cashback for big amount
I currently have several claims raised for Samsung and just hard one recently declined. Its interesting that other reviews are also highlighting this issue, particularly when large cashback amounts (or promotional rates advertised) are due. How can it be that all my samsung transactions needed claims raised, whilst all my other transactions track properly? I, like most people who use the site, know all about tracking, accepting cookies etc. In my eyes, this is a retailer who just doesn't want to fulfil their end or the bargain, again, when large cashback sums are involved. I will know for again!

Dont Bother Wasting Your Time Scamsung
Never Pays out this is what Useless Topcashback send everytime this is 10 transactions now same responce ive tried everything as they say so its a scam. Never pays out on big cashback sums
Strangely never an issue if you order a low value item, then as soon you order a high value item through exactly the same process topcashback is not recognised as the final referrer. Use a different retailer if cashback is important to you.

Like so many here, I have been denied cashback because Samsung claim they can't verify that I clicked through TopCashback, even though TC has confirmed that I did. I may try applying for a partial refund through my credit card company instead but in the meantime don't bother with Samsung.
