	Do not use Resort Hoppa. They did not turn up for the return transfer and told us to get a cab. When complaining on return from holiday, we find they do not have a telephone number for customer services. This is because they have had too many problems with irate customers. You have to email and they respond within 14 days!!!! and then if you reply to their email, it will take another 14 days. They do not care and should not be in business. Spread the word.

	I used Resorthoppa twice in Tenerife in the last year. They were ok if a bit long winded. Our trip to Adeje was okay but return trip from Los Gigantes took forever. We recently used them to travel from Reus Airport to Salou which is a 12 minute trip. The outward coach took over 2 hours following lots of drops offs and a coach which broke down. The return coach never arrived at all, which is not what we wanted when en-route to the airport. We ended up sharing a taxi with another couple. The cost was slightly cheaper than the resorthoppa price. In future we will not be going on holiday if we cannot afford an alternative to this company

	Be wary of using this service. Our speeedy shuttle booking turned out to be a regular coach transfer and many others in the long queue at Fuerteventura were trying to get fullfilment of Private Transfers which they also appeared to be failing with. On return home we discovered there was no simple phone contact for complaints and was directed to email a non functioning address.

	Further to my earlier comment on how quickly this purchased tracked, I am happy to say it became payable within a month of purchase - excellent! I'd like to also say that the service we got with our airport transfer to and from our apartment in Gran Canaria was superb. I will definitely use Resorthoppa again.

	very quick to track and a decent amount of cashback too. Be aware that they add on a fee for paying by card whether it be a credit or debit card and that this fee does not appear until the end of the booking process just before confirmation of your booking, so the price quoted at the beginning is not the price you pay at the end. This is what Ryanair used to do until they were forced to show the total price at the beginning before going through the booking process but even with this added on they were still cheap.I think they should do the decent thing and show the total price when quoting or at least show the card charges

	AVOID. This is the second time I have used Resorthoppa for transfers in the USA - never again. First time they failed to turn up for the return to the airport & this time didn't provide me with a voucher & the transfer comapny had no record of the booking as I found out on arrival. Not wishing to be left stranded for our return leg I booked another company. Forget the few pounds cashback that you receive, book with Viator.com instead. I have never been let down by them in the two instances of using them unlike Resorthoppa.

	It is the second time I use this link and second time there is a problem. Last time it year nearly a year worth of investigations till the cashback became payable. I also do not enjoy the practice that you have to call them before your return flight to confirm you are traveling back with them to your flight. Can't really understand if you have arrived which they are aware off because they have taken you to hotel why is it not obvious for them that you need a transfer back hence you have paid for it. If they need this confirmation that much why don't they call you at their own expense?

	Good cashback, if combined with a discount code and tracks ok. Their resort service ive usually found good, apart from the odd hiccup, when trying to reconfirm resort pickup.

	The transfer didn't show up. Spent a lot of time trying to contact local and head office, sent them the taxi receipt. They never refunded the taxi fare of 150 Turkish Lira. I'll never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.
