	Superb service from airport and on return

	Worst transfer ever experienced in Alicante on 4th June. Paid extra for express service, which was a joke. Arrived at counter at 8:20PM and didn't leave until 10PM, three hour journey to Benidorm, normally takes an hour.

	Utter shambles of a company. Purchased a speedy transfer that guarantees you leave the aiport within 1 hour of meeting their rep. On arrival I found the rep at 6.50pm and there were already 6 people waiting. Rep took us to a bus straight away and we got on and drove off. Great I thought. But no, we were driven upstairs to the departures level and told to get off and get on another bus. We were then driven back downstairs to where we had just come from, and we sat there in 30C heat with no aircon on for another hour waiting for 2 more people. FInally we left at 8.05pm, 1hr 15 minutes after contacting the rep. It had taken so long I decided to get off at the first drop off point in the resort and get a taxi. I wont be using them again. Avoid like the plague.

	FIRSLY I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES ACROSS THE WORLD AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM,EXEPT WHEN I GO TO PARIS, IN SHORT THE PARIS OFFICE IS RUBBISH THEY ARE UNHELPFULL AND ABRUPT,AND IF YOU CONSIDER THAT THERE ARE MANY SHUTTLE SERVICES AROUND THE WORLD I WOULD AVOID THIS ONE AT ALL COST NOW.

	I booked a private taxi transfer from New York's JFK airport. The service was good value for money and went as planned. The driver was waiting for us on both the outward and return journeys. The car was relatively new and in good condition and we got to the hotel in about an hour, which is good for travelling around the city. Very straightforward and would use again.

	Very Good value for money. My partner and I used the shuttle service in Malaga, Spain and everything ran smoothly. It cost us around £25 each for a return and was a lot simpler than the getting a cab. Would definitely recommend to others.

	I recently used the company for transfer to and from an airport in Spain. I hadn't used the service before but had heard good things and the price was very cheap. When we got to the airport the driver was already there. I believe the service was cheaper than a local cab and meant that we didn't have to struggle to find transport. Overal I can't say a bad word about the company and will definitely be using them again next year.

	Very Poor! We booked with Resorthoppa in May this year. Tried re-confirming our transfer several times 24 hours prior to pick up on all of the numbers we were given, no answer on any of the numbers. No one turned up to pick us up. Asked for a refund when we arrived back to the UK and e-mail was ignored. After several months of e-mails / letters and phone calls we were finally told no refund would be given. Have used resort hoppa before and had a distinctly average service. After this, would never use them again, there are plenty of other transfer suppliers out there!

	Can't fault these guys with whom I booked in March this year. Paid about £10 for a shuttle and got a personal (1.5hr) taxi ride to the airport. Guy was bang on time and friendly. Service from Resorthoppa was second to none. Cash back tracked quickly and has long since been paid!

	used this company for transfers from tenerife south airport to costa del silencio 9thFeb for return on 9thMarch.They took me to Los Christianos and dropped me at a taxi rank where we had to make our own way and pay for the taxi.The office at the airport on return did'nt want to know.We obviously made our own way on return in a private taxi so we did'nt get a service at all and it cost us twice.make your own mind up whether its worth the risk!. will definitely not use again ever and I hope you will join me.
