Do not use Resort Hoppa. They did not turn up for the return transfer and told us to get a cab. When complaining on return from holiday, we find they do not have a telephone number for customer services. This is because they have had too many problems with irate customers. You have to email and they respond within 14 days!!!! and then if you reply to their email, it will take another 14 days. They do not care and should not be in business. Spread the word.

The transfer didn't show up. Spent a lot of time trying to contact local and head office, sent them the taxi receipt. They never refunded the taxi fare of 150 Turkish Lira.
I'll never use them again and don't recommend them to anyone.

Utter shambles of a company. Purchased a speedy transfer that guarantees you leave the aiport within 1 hour of meeting their rep. On arrival I found the rep at 6.50pm and there were already 6 people waiting. Rep took us to a bus straight away and we got on and drove off. Great I thought. But no, we were driven upstairs to the departures level and told to get off and get on another bus. We were then driven back downstairs to where we had just come from, and we sat there in 30C heat with no aircon on for another hour waiting for 2 more people. FInally we left at 8.05pm, 1hr 15 minutes after contacting the rep. It had taken so long I decided to get off at the first drop off point in the resort and get a taxi. I wont be using them again. Avoid like the plague.

I have now been waiting for over ten months for my cashback from Resorthoppa. It didnt track, i raised an enquiry, and the satus has been sat on 'Waiting for Retailer' ever since. Been on TCB for 12 months now and this is the only retailer who havent paid out. Seems they are happy to just sit there ignoring the enquiry for as long as it takes. Incidentally, the last time i used Resorthoppa, the return transfer did not turn up, leaving us stranded with a flight to catch. Thought i would give them one more chance as the cashback made them the cheapest option, but their non-paying/ignoring my claim means i will never use them again. Well done Resorthoppa, you blew it.

have used resort hoppa twice - once in april and once is sept! still waiting for cashback. Both purchases neve tracked and have no been in query for months. Would not recommend at all!!!!

used this company for transfers from tenerife south airport to costa del silencio 9thFeb for return on 9thMarch.They took me to Los Christianos and dropped me at a taxi rank where we had to make our own way and pay for the taxi.The office at the airport on return did'nt want to know.We obviously made our own way on return in a private taxi so we did'nt get a service at all and it cost us twice.make your own mind up whether its worth the risk!.
will definitely not use again ever and I hope you will join me.
