Product excellent as always. HAd problems using website prior to Christmas 2020 . I couldn't use my credit card to pay. The only option was Pay Pal.

Service given by the customer service on the phone was excellent, the purse I ordered came within 2 days which near Christmas is brilliant. Cashback shown on my account within minutes but the Extra10 code given didn't work which was a shame.

I can't remember the details completely but I don't understand why I got cash back on less than I actually paid for the bag! I then bought a second bag of a similar cost and yet my cash back is about half the previous one! Not impressed.
