	Cashback declined after 8 months - reason given as sale attributed elsewhere although I always ensure all cookies etc are cleared. If considering purchasing goods and cashback is a factor to you in making the purchase decision over others then I would look elsewhere.

	More than happy with my purchase from Radley but have been less than satisfied with their promise of cashback. After waiting an age and having lodge a claim, they have decided to refuse payment. like some of the other reviewers I would if I purchase radley again go via another store.

	I purchased a bag in December 2011. Cashback was estimated to be paid in March 2012.Its now July and still no cashback. Very disappointed considering the fast delivery and acknowledgement of cashback.

	Item purchased in Dec 2011, with cashback tracking ok. However, was expected to be paid late March 2012. It is now July and nothing has been received yet. UNsure whether it will, but am not pinning my hopes on it! Love Radley products but in future would look to buy them from somewhere like Debenhams if I wanted to get cashback on them :(

	Purchased items December 2010, still no sign of cashback in August. It's better to use a discount code on Radley than try for cashback - at least you'll get that money off.

	Purchased items in Decemeber 2010. Tracked and confirmed quickly but still not yet payable Aug 2011. Starting to doubt that this will ever get paid.

	Item excellent as is usual with Radley. Cashback tracked quickly but has gone past the payment date and is still only showing as confirmed. Not sure at this stage whether I will receive it. I will let you all know if and when I do.

	Be VERY careful. The bag was expensive, and the cashback generous - so I made super-certain to log in correctly. I've been doing this for several years, so I know what to do... I was disappointed, but not surprised, when the cashback did not track. After chasing a few times, it took over 4 months to be informed that Radley claim my transaction originated elsewhere and therefore was not valid. Standard response - the merchant has "robust systems in place". Yeah, right - so robust that when it does not track it takes more than 4 months to reply to the original query/challenge? I don't believe it. It seems to me that if is often more difficult to get bigger purchases with bigger cashback offers via smaller company's paid. Just be careful with this one.

	After waiting 5 months for cashback the claim was rejected as apparently topcashback wasn't used. Rubbish, total rip off and a truly disheartening experience. Why offer cashback then fail to pay?

	Having just carried out a purchase with Radley, Topcashback has tracked the order with the right order number, but it would seem that the purchase amount is incorrect. It would seem that Radley has only given cash-back on Handbags and not Accessories. Please note:- Cash-back is given on the price excluding VAT and not the selling price.
