Nearly six weeks since joined, has tracked, which was a quick process but the confirmation is taking foreer. The monies have been collected from my bank account though so not slow on that bit. Rather disappointed so far.

Took out RAC breakdown policy in August 2008, transaction did not track and despite submitting manual claim I have still received nothing 7 months later. Seems like a good breakdown policy (have not had cause to use it yet) but very disappointed I didn't get the £22 cashback I was entitled to.

Not impressed, waited 6 weeks now and cashback still not tracked, 1st time on this site and maybe my last im afraid.It might be RAC's fault but doesnt reflect well on topcashback if that is the case. If like me your only buying it because of the cashback I wouldnt bother, you might not get anything!I havent even heard back regarding my missing claim in 5 weeks despite nudging. Im sorry but I cant think of anything constructive as I havent had a good buying experience,(although my RAC card came quickly!) but im being truthful here.

Cover was purchased back in November 2008, however, the cashback did not track and I had to raise as missing commission claim through Topcashback. To their credit they have sorted it out and end Feb 09 the full cashback was paid and went straight into payable.
