like the company, but it says that it is 'faster paying'. i bought, then it says 'estimated payable 26 weeks'. i'd hate to know how long it taks for non 'faster paying' merchants

We have used the RAC before via Top Cashback without complaint. However: we were about to sign up again now (Aprilo 2017) but then noticed, thanks to TC's clarification, that cashback is *only* payable if a customer agrees to lock-in. No way is that acceptable; it means the RAC can charge what they want in subsequent years on a recurring (and increasing) payment. Sorry, RAC, but trying this kind of restriction is counter-productive. We're now taking an AA subscription for 1 year via TC and making a single payment without being obliged to sign up to a recurring annual commitment.

This issue happened twice, in previous purches previous year as well. The cashback doesnt not get logged, and then I have to contact Customer Services. On the up side I cannot fault Topcashback AT ALL. They were very good in responding to my messages & eventually did resolve the matter. Also the Cashback price RAC Advertise initially on Topcashback's page alters by a few pounds whenever they finally resolve whatever glitch that keeps happening. This ALSO happened previous time I used Cashback with RAC. Again, not at fault from Topcashback.com. This clearly seems to be a problem with the Merchant. Anyway, it all got sorted in the end thanks to Topcashback Customer Services section. Thanks

Excellent service, confirmed my claim after I had to chase it and then paid out promptly. Great savings on a one year top flight breakdown service and then another 8% by taking the payout as M&S eVouchers
