QVC are absolutely great to deal with. There is a 30 day moneyback on ALL purchases (yes - even peirced earrings) and the customer service team can't do enough to help if you need to contact them. The only downside is the postage cost. You have to pay postage on every item and only get a discount if you buy two identical items (one and a half times postage).

Has not tracked on any occassion, have not received any payment when I have made a manual claim either. The goods from QVC have been excellent and the delivery times good but DO NOT rely on receiving cash back

My purchases haven't been tracked either and when I try to submit manually I get a message saying that the amount claimed isn't high enough to proceed. I don't know what to do next. Don't have problems with any other site, just QVC.
