It is fair to say that many members who have chosen to leave a review after using Priceline on TopCashback have not been pleased with their experience, stating their transaction did not track, tracked at zero or was not paid out. However, there are some positive comments, including “all good and reached payable quickly”. Another member states that although it was a bit slow coming through, they received their cashback in the end.

	2 hotel bookings made through priceline, neither received any cashback depsite it being advertised at 8% and despite paying the amount advertised by priceline for the hotel stays

	I should have read more reviews before I placed my orders with this Merchant. The five-star feedback is all between 2010 and 2016. Most of the Cashback for 2017 and 2018 has been declined, as have my two hotel bookings, which they state they cannot trace the Trip number supplied when I booked. Do not use this Merchant as they do not honour genuine cashback claims. If I could give them no stars I would.

	Appalling Cash Back Service - Priceline has not honoured the cashback offered on two occasions now - Would not recommend them as I paid a bit more to get the cash back but they do not pay up, will not use again.

	Booked and stayed in hotel. Tracked at £0. Submitted claim and will have to wait until claim is submitted in October. Disappointing - haven't had this problem with any other sites.

	I would never use these again. Didn't pay out. Not declined just zero payable. Seen other complaints after I'd used them. Complained to topcashback after seeing the same complaint on reviews. Use other companies

	Car hire tracked and then 'confirmed' as £0.00. Not allowed to raise a ticket until 90 days after the transaction, then I find out after 100 days you can't make a claim at all. So you only get a 10 day window to raise a ticket? Won't be using again.

	Tracked as zero last time I used them and got nothing and just booked again and notice its tracked as zero again. Will raise a ticket but not expecting anything. Please remove them from TCB or make it clear that they do not pay out.

	Would give zero stars but does not allow. Booked a stay for my parents as a Christmas present. I've paid the hotel in full, but Priceline have declined cash back. Will definetly not use again

	Priceline has twice failed to honour the cash back it has promised here. I will not be using anymore and will instead use alternative providers.

	Priceline doesn't pay back. It is that simple. They offer great cashback, however do not honour it. I have to log a missing cashback claim every time I use Priceline..

	Annoyingly cashback on a future hotel booking went from tracked at correct value to confirmed at £0.00 so I cancelled the booking and used another hotel booking site
